Providing a gateway to careers in the insurance industry

This Job site, the information on the Web site, the career videos, brochures and profiles are all delivering a message about the possibility of careers in the insurance industry. Through our high school presentations and our on-campus presence at college and university career fairs across the country, Career Connections is providing the first line of career awareness and attracting interested candidates to this Web site. We are working to connect careers seekers to the industry and to connect you, as employers, to potential new recruits.

Career seekers may include high school or post-secondary students looking for a summer job, or may be university graduates looking for that first position to kick start their careers, or may be someone looking for a change in a new industry. Our outreach to students and graduates at the secondary and post-secondary level means that our efforts generate a growing roster of new resumes as a valuable resource to find new talent.

Potential recruits may also include students and graduates from the college insurance programs, and from the Insurance Institute. We encourage employers to post all levels of positions, from summer jobs, internships, entry-level to senior management.
